Keep No Secrets,

Secrets Separate and Destroy 

 

There were certain things I didn’t want to tell my son about myself. Specifically, I didn’t want to tell him that I had experimented with drugs at his age.  I felt I should wait until he was older (if ever).  That being said, my son and I had a long heart-to-heart talk this past week; he and his friends have been experimenting and I was concerned for them all.  I thought long and hard about “Keep no secrets; secrets separate and destroy” and I decided to tell him some truths. 

 The results:

  • A new level of maturity in our conversations.
  • An openness that wasn’t quite there before.
  • A clearer understanding on my son’s part of why I fear for him and his friends at times.

My son also shared with me.

So – while keeping no secrets is hard, I found it very enlightening and freeing.  And the best part of all?  My relationship with my son has deepened and moved to a new level.   (from a student in The 55 Concepts, a Guide to Conscious Living class).

 

Although this person shared this please remember, share that which is wise to share in the appropriate time and share with the understanding of the maturity level of the person with whom you are sharing. In personal/partner relationships it is wise to share from the beginning and not let secrets develop.

Life is a Journey that Never Ends

Life is a Journey

 

This journey of life does not end. Life does not end at earthly death. It is merely a transition to a different living experience. We are never finished experiencing, no matter what plane of existence we are on. Life/enlightenment is eternal experience.

 

If we are on a growth path we peel away the beliefs, feelings, karmas, etc. that prevent us from a joyous journey. These changes then allow us to consciously begin to govern our own direction, to a degree. For there is always some predestined direction and some unconscious patterning directed by your own spirit.

 

Learn to work the system (CREATE BY THE RULES) on whatever plane of existence you are on, this too is enlightenment. This leads to joyously experiencing every existence. Waiting for an end is disappointing, for there is no end. However we do reach non-duality and then the end doesn’t matter because you remember there is no end.

 

For those who do not like the rules and resisting the perceived unfairness only makes your journey more painful. On this plane of existence there are rules of operation, a chain of command if you will, that must be followed. These however are changing. Till then it is best for you to use the system that is in place till you can consciously create your own system that interfaces with the one already being used.

Being Present

“Being Present” means being emotionally and consciously in the here and now. One reason for not being present, is that there is a conscious or  unconscious fear. It may be fear of a particular situation, of being in this world, their perceived faults or limitations, fear of being hurt, etc. This characteristic is unique in each individual. Being present is key to the individual’s overcoming difficulties.  If one is not present then there is no past to remember and no future to come. The past is recorded in the subconscious and can be accessed, but it is not remembered by the conscious mind. This is a contributing factor as to why people with A.D.D. forget. Being present gives one a past they remember and something to build a future on.  Many  people live in the past or think of the future to avoid the present. Many people “check out” emotionally and detach to avoid the present. They have difficulty remembering what has just been said, because they are not present. 

 By not being present this affects the energy system of the body, thereby

 affecting the chemistry in the brain and causing  physical proof in the brain. We propose it is not the other way around. We feel that the body left  to its own devices is perfect and will heal itself. We feel that it is belief  systems, emotional difficulties, and disruption of the body’s energy systems that are at the root of the problem. Drugs may temporarily override these  symptoms but make no permanent change. The only permanent change  comes from balancing the body’s energy system, changing belief structure,  and healing emotional wounds. We encourage the pursuit of any safe  method that assists in the reduction of symptoms to support one as they  acquire permanent change.             

Tree Hugging

Tree hugging, that much maligned hippy generation idea, has now been shown to have scientific validity after all. Contrary to popular belief, touching a tree does make you healthier. In fact you don’t even have to touch the tree to get better, just being within its vicinity has the same effect.

In a recently published book, Blinded by Science, (www.blindedbyscience.co.uk) the author Matthew Silverstone, proves scientifically that trees improve many health issues such as; mental illnesses, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), concentration levels, reaction times, depression and the ability to alleviate headaches.

Countless studies have shown that children show significant psychological and physiological effects in terms of their health and well being when they interact with plants. They demonstrate that children function better cognitively and emotionally in green environments and have more creative play in green areas.

A large public health report that investigated the association between green spaces and mental health concluded that “access to nature can significantly contribute to our mental capital and wellbeing”.

So what is it about nature that can have these significant effects? Up until now it has been thought to be the open green spaces that cause this effect. However, Matthew Silverstone, shows that it is nothing to do with this by proving scientifically that it is the vibrational properties of trees and plants that give us the health benefits and not the open green spaces.

The answer to how plants and trees affect us physiologically turns out to be very simple. It is all to do with the fact that everything vibrates, and different vibrations affect biological behaviours. It has been proven that if you drink a glass of water that has been treated with a 10Hz vibration your blood coagulation rates will change immediately on ingesting the treated water. It is the same with trees, when touching a tree its different vibrational pattern will affect various biological behaviours within your body.

This vibrational idea is backed up throughout the book by hundreds of scientific studies to provide overwhelming proof that tree hugging after all is not such a crazy idea. Not only is it good for our health but it can also save the Government a lot of money by offering an alternative form of treatment that is free.

One report concluded with the following: “safe, green spaces may be as effective as prescription drugs in treating some forms of mental illnesses”.

Wouldn’t it be nice to hear from now on that doctors treat some forms of illnesses by suggesting a walk in the park rather than taking a packet full of pills.

Consciousness Cures Everything

The answer to all suffering and all disease is consciousness. It is not human consciousness that we’re speaking of; it is the consciousness of your spirit or essence. Human consciousness is limited to immediate awareness of its human experience. Spirit consciousness is conscious of all things at all levels of existence whenever it so chooses. Spirit consciousness is beyond limitations and beyond sickness and pain.

In general human beings who are on an internal growth process tend to see consciousness as something their human achieves. To begin with you must begin to see your humanness and your spirit has two separate sources in order to give you some perspective. It isn’t that they are necessarily two separate sources but this perspective allows you to separate from your limited human consciousness long enough to see a larger picture. Once having established this separate perspective you can begin to see that your human consciousness is limited to your belief systems patterned behaviors and attitudes. You can then see the possibility of spirit consciousness. Human consciousness being limited allows for the possibilities of sickness and pain.

Spirit consciousness being beyond these does not allow for these to occur unless it is something that it chooses to experience in the human form.

  • To be in spirit consciousness your vibrational frequency must be elevated.
  • Human consciousness carries with it a denser vibrational frequency therefore allowing the possibilities of illness and pain.
  • Being in a denser vibrational frequency creates greater limitations than otherwise available in spirit consciousness.
  • Internal personal growth allows for your vibrational frequencies to be elevated toward spirit consciousness.
  • This then naturally eliminates illness and pain.

Changing of your vibrational frequency includes changing your belief systems, your thoughts, your attitudes and your programmed human behaviors. Many seeking consciousness neglect this aspect of raising their frequencies.

1. Find a process that is a personal fit that allows you to change your beliefs systems. Some examples are; EFT, Mastering the Art of Being Human, AFT…

2. Visualizations of bringing in higher frequencies of light and sound into your body. White light is a magnificent symbol as it encompasses all the frequencies of light and allows for your spirit to decide which ones are best for your body. Violet light is wonderful for transformation and transmuting denser energies and the old belief systems.

3. Have a relationship with someone who is on the same path as you that you can bounce your changes and ideas off of. This relationship must at its core have the agreement that you were both completely honest about everything. It also must have the understanding that neither of you are completely clear and your opinions and honesty might be a little off, but you are both doing the best that you can.

Spirit consciousness occurs when your spirit integrates with your humanness and the two become one. The old belief system thought that your humanness ascended into your spirit but that is the difference between the Piscean age and the Aquarian age. The Aquarian/New Age is the integration of your spirit with your humanity thereby ascending your vibrational frequency whereas you change from being a human being to a divine human.

 

Remember consciousness cures everything, from illness to unhappiness.

Effort vs Effortless

 

Effort: the work necessary to do something.

 

Things are an effort when you must do things that you do not want to do, are not confident at doing or are afraid to do.

 

Effort is only required when you want something but you do not have the drive to find a solution, acquire or accomplish that which you desire.

 

You only need to put forth effort when you perceive something that is hard. And the only reason that you perceive something is hard is when you know you have to do something that you fear, are not good at, or do not feel like actively participating in.

 

The “work “necessary to do something is only work because there is resistance at some level to doing it. If there were no resistance to doing something it would be effortless and joyful.

The expressions of emotions are the result of a belief system that has become habitual in the display in which a person believes they must/should act based upon experiences that bring about feelings inside of them. These expressions then become “normal” and often become automatic.

 

Quite often people mistake expressive behaviors as an emotion. Emotions are the cause and the root of expressive behaviors. Expressive behaviors of particular emotions may appear to be common but are not normal.

Emotions are what drive the expressions of the emotions. The expression of emotions does not make a person emotional!
